If you are looking for long term leases we also have unfurnished apartments Our furnished apartments can be rented for the day, week or month.

The Silver City area offers terrific opportunities for our apartment renters. Outdoor sports like hiking and fishing are just a short drive away. Those interested in western history can walk the streets where Billy the Kid grew up or visit the country roamed by Cochise and the Chiricauha Apaches. A visit to the old mining town of Pinos Altos, site of Apache conflicts and silver mining is minutes away. Step further back in time with a drive to the Gila Cliff dwellings and explore the art and lifestyle of the Mimbres culture. Historic Silver City downtown offers art galleries, boutique shops and a variety of restaurants ranging from fine dining to fast food.
The apartments are within minutes or a short drive to the Gila Regional Medical Center, the community golf course, Western New Mexico University, Cliff Dwellings National Monument and Gila National Forest.
Terms and Conditions
Prices: for daily rental $75.00, weekly rentals $300.00, monthly rentals $1,000.00, for a 2 bedroom fully furnished with full kitchen, TV, cable, Internet access, weekly housekeeping, laundry room on premises. Slideshow of a furnished apartment 1,2 and 3 bedroom unfurnished rentals starting at $500.00 a month. Prices are subject to change.

Deposit: A confirmation deposit is required with your reservation. We are happy to accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express or your personal check. Checks must be received within 10 days. 1 night deposit required for nightly or weekly stay, monthly stay need weeks deposit.
Cancellations: We will gladly refund your deposit with a 48 hour notice.
Check In: 3:00 p.m-5:00 p.m. Check Out: 11:00 a.m.
